Data we collect

• Transactions: orders, payments, shipping addresses, and bids.
• Content: listings, reviews, and chat messages you create.
• Usage: device and analytics data (only with your consent — see the cookie banner).

How we use it

To operate the marketplace — process orders and payments, arrange shipping, run auctions, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support. We share data with payment and shipping providers only as needed to fulfil your orders.

Your rights (PDPA)

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. From your account page you can download a copy of your data or request account deletion. Transaction records may be retained for the period required by accounting and tax law before full erasure.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On deletion, your public profile is scrubbed and sign-in disabled immediately; remaining records are erased after the legal retention window.
